1. Scope of Services
Design and Approval: We assist with design development and regulatory approval processes. Final responsibility for compliance lies with the client unless otherwise specified in our agreement.
Joinery: Custom joinery services will be delivered based on approved designs. Changes requested after project approval may incur additional costs.
MEP Solutions: Our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services are designed to meet industry standards and client specifications. Performance depends on proper site conditions provided by the client.
Fit-Out Services: Fit-out solutions are executed based on agreed designs and specifications. Any deviations or additional requests will require a formal change order.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information and timely approvals to avoid project delays.
Ensure site readiness, including access and utilities, for the commencement of services.
Collaborate with our team for approvals, materials, and design adjustments during the project lifecycle.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement or quotation.
Initial deposit payments are required before project commencement.
Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Designs, drawings, and plans created by our team remain our intellectual property unless transferred through written agreement.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without explicit permission.
5. Changes and Modifications
Any client-requested modifications to the design, materials, or scope of work after approval must be submitted in writing.
Additional costs and timeline adjustments may apply for such changes.
6. Project Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Delays in client approvals or payments.
Inadequate site readiness.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
7. Warranty and Maintenance
We provide a warranty for our services as specified in the project agreement.
Warranty exclusions include:
Damage caused by misuse or external factors.
Modifications made by third parties without our consent.
8. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
Breach of contract terms.
Mutual agreement to discontinue services.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and Disputes will be resolved in the courts.
